All the staff is very amiable and is engaged to make your stay comfortable! The ambiance is family. The rooms are clean and convenient and they have a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television.

This hotel is a fairly clean place with beautiful garden views and friendly staff, plus it's conveniently located near great restaurants and cafés.

I found this place to be cozy and well-equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, microwave, and air conditioning, plus it has a beautiful location close to hiking trails and restaurants near Duren or Heimbach and the Rur river.

I had a great time walking and cycling in the nearby Eifel natural park. This hotel was perfectly located for that, with a small train station nearby and parking available. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was remarkable, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location, close to cafes, restaurants, and a small railway station. It's situated in the national park, perfect for people who love hiking and cycling. Easily accessible by the cosy little train from Duren or Heimbach, it offers clean and comfortable rooms, cosy beds, and personalised service. the breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of bread, cheese, ham, pate. Plus, the owner's care makes the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel doesn't have a gym or fitness room for those who love to exercise.

During our New Year stay, we had an amazing experience at a hotel with very friendly staff and great amenities. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that made sleeping enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of parking space. Being near the natural park made walks and cycling a breeze. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with freshly prepared meals and a variety of options to choose from.

We did not dislike anything about this hotel. Our stay was perfect, and the staff's personal service exceeded our expectations.

What a fantastic stay! the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable enough for a city trip. the central location meant that we were surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and bars. the staff were beyond friendly, giving us a warm welcome with a complimentary drink and were always available to give us fantastic recommendations. the breakfast was perfect for us, with plenty of healthy options to start our day.
